Refund and Returns Policy – Surgilearn

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are provided only if a customer reports a defect in the product on the same day of delivery and submits a photo as proof.
No refunds will be issued without this notification and evidence.
2.⁠ ⁠Return Process
Refunds will be processed only after the defective product is returned to us and received at our warehouse.
The customer must ship the product back within 7 days of reporting the defect.
3.⁠ ⁠Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
Any shipping expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
5.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds for products used, damaged by the customer, or reported after the same day of delivery.
